The ICMMM project officially started with a successful kick-off meeting held in Berlin, Germany on 27–28 November 2024. The meeting brought together all project partners to establish a shared understanding of the project objectives, define responsibilities, and plan the upcoming activities.

The meeting was attended by representatives of all partner organisations:

• prEUnec GmbH (Germany – Coordinator)
• VondiConsulting (Austria)
• LogosAbile Onlus (Italy)
• Kuşadası Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Derneği – KSKD (Türkiye)

During the two-day meeting, the partners focused on several important aspects of the project:

• Presentation of the ICMMM project and its objectives
• Discussion of the overall work plan and timeline
• Definition and distribution of tasks among partners
• Planning of upcoming project meetings
• Establishment of communication and collaboration methods

The partners agreed on the distribution of responsibilities:

• KSKD will create at least four newsletters and manage social media channels
• LogosAbile Onlus will translate game materials into English
• prEUnec GmbH will be responsible for layout and design of the game materials
• VondiConsulting will support the adaptation of educational content

These responsibilities ensure an efficient workflow and high-quality project outputs.

The partners also agreed on the dates for the upcoming transnational meetings:

• Kuşadası, Türkiye – August 2025
• Innsbruck, Austria – April 2026
• Lanciano, Italy – May 2026

• Strong collaboration between partners
• Clear definition of roles and responsibilities
• Structured planning of project activities
• Productive exchange of ideas and experiences

The kick-off meeting provided a solid foundation for the ICMMM project. Through effective collaboration and clear planning, the partners established a strong basis for the successful implementation of the project and the development of its educational materials.
